RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

Returns under the right of withdrawal

As a consumer residing in the EU, you have the right to return standard edition works within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Full conditions are set out in the Right of Withdrawal notice.

Before initiating any return, please send us a brief message at studio@saibo.at so we can prepare the return.

Condition of returned goods

Returned works should be in the same condition as delivered - undamaged and in the original packaging with all enclosed materials.

You have the right to inspect the work in the way you would in a physical shop. Any diminution in value beyond such inspection may be charged to you.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. 

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Works excluded from the right of withdrawal

For works produced to your individual specifications, including works with materials chosen on request, individual dimensions, colour variants outside standard editions, or commissioned works, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.

Damaged or defective works

Should the product arrive damaged or show a defect, please contact us within 48 hours at studio@saibo.at. We will arrange replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
